Just picked up this TV from Sam's Club a few weeks ago and all I can say is WOW! It was a floor display and I got one heck of a deal but I will say that I would have gladly paid much more for it because it's that awesome. The picture, the features, the ease of use, the sound, and everything else is incredible. You need this TV in your life!
Pros: far too many to list!
Cons: it's not cheap!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Picture - bad remote!

The picture is outstanding but the remote control leaves a lot to be desired and so does the documentation! The small size of the remote makes using the arrow buttons difficult to use even for someone with small hands. The documentation is poor in my opinion and a more detailed Users Manual, in .pdf form would be very helpful. I have only had the set up and running for a few hours and have not yet found any suggested picture settings on the Internet - once I do I am sure that the picture quality will be even better.
Pros: Bright display

This TV is great overall, but...

All of the features on this TV delivered as promised. Excellent clarity, sound, "smartness", etc. Though a bit pricey, I am satisfied for the most part. Only complaint is the removal of certain functionality with latest update. I purchased TV in last week of December 2015 and in the following week there was an update. This latest update removed the Guide and DVR functionality which I consider basic functionality. There may have been other functionality removed, but I do not know for sure as I had not yet tried all the different options. Why would some basic functionality be removed? with no explanation? What other functionality was removed? Does Samsung provide a list of changes per update so user can decide whether to proceed with an update?
I would recommend this to a friend!

The picture is unbelievable

I was concerned when I purchased it and was waiting for delivery, because It was not a 3D TV. I went back to the store and expressed my concern. The salesman said I could most certainly switch to the 3D model, but it would cost more. He also said that with the TV I had purchased, the picture would be so amazing that I would not even know the difference.
Well guess what, he was 100% right. I have other fairly new HD TV's that are 3D, they don't even come close to the quality and the picture of this tv. I believe Samsung's new

Just what i needed

Only had the TV for a limited time but has performed flawless. I'm a huge Samsung guy and this purchase has cemented my loyalty. Only wish my cable company could keep up
