I have not installed it yet because I had to order two adapters so I could hook it up to the radio in my 2004 truck.
These adapters are readily available if you get the advice of a professional installer to identify the part number. I've just been busy with other projects.

This Direct adapter worked very well for my situation. I would rather keep my factory stereo and connect this adapter instead of spending more money and time with a new head unit. This adapter works just as it is advertised with the satellite radio you are using. Clear sounds with it.
