Without this adapter cable, XM frequently dropped out, had lots of static, and required me to change frequencies frequently. Since I installed this adapter, XM sounds like a brand new service. This should be included with EVERY XM tuner indended for vehicle usage.

This makes the FM modulator work much better. I am in a fringe area and was getting fuzzy signals on the FM modulator. Installing this adapter was easy and definitely improved the reception!!
What's great about it: Easy Install
What's not so great: Nothing

Installed Sirius XM radio on my Goldwing,had nothing but static and regular FM stations overlaying my Sirius music.Installed FM modulator and problem solved.Crystal clear music through Sirius and my auto volume works with it.Very satisfied with this product.

I would buy one of these again. IT is really good and worked in my vehicle. It does get a little hot, but not too bad. Probably just a hot day!

Great product makes my Sirius sound seriously good

I live in the Phoenix Metro area and around here you can't find an FM channel that's not receiving some sort of signal. If your car stereo doesn't have an AUX jack (like mine) then you only have three option. Rely on the built-in FM transmitter on your Sirius radio, install a whole new deck with an AUX jack or install this relay.
I chose to install the relay because there's nothing wrong with my deck and the relay only costs $30 bucks.
It made a world of difference. Now when I'm driving around town, I don't have to switch FM stations every few miles. The sound is perfect and clear in any area at any time of day.
Installation was incredibly simple. Once I got my console taken apart and removed the deck, it only took me about 5 minutes to install the unit and replace my deck. If you've ever removed a car radio before, you should be able to install this yourself. It was truly a piece of cake.
This is a great product which does exactly what is advertised. Thanks for the easy and cheap solution Sirius!
What's great about it: Provides clear audio for your Sirius radio, simple installation, cheap solution to radio static
What's not so great: Haven't found anything yet!

I live in LBI and work in Jersey City, 180 miles round trip, changing stations to keep on listening to xm in city traffic was a nightmare, no more, not with this, one station all the way up and back home. Makes the commute slightly more bearable, if only it got rid of traffic

I wanted to add SiriusXM to my Indian Chieftain motorcycle, but didn't want to incur the expense of using my phone's data plan and burning through data on multiple week rides. This product allowed me to add SiriusXm and wire it directly into the motorcycle's radio system and broadcast it through the mc's speaker system. After 2 years it been problem free and one of my most rewarding mc additions. One of the key assets is that once its installed you can easily switch out SiriusXM radios.

Purchased an XM Onyx for my father for a Christmas present. Due to area radio saturation, he could not keep listening to anything he chose. Adding this into his radio system has allowed him to use the XM as it was intended. Highly recommended for anyone using an XM Onyx, no constant need to search of open air.
What's great about it: Eliminates constant searching for empty air space
What's not so great: Should be standard with Onyx purchase, not an accessory
I would recommend this to a friend!
