I was hoping the sound value was better as far as the Sound Effect feature is concerned. This feature allows you to select clearvoice, game, night, upscaler, loudness, 3D sound, natural, and bass. I don't notice much difference between some of these selections. The ones that I feel have significance difference are 3D, Loudness, and Upscaler. I wish the Clearvoice made voices more clear in movies watched on tv, but it does make a decent difference. I really like the upscaler selection when listening to music. I am happily surprised that the sound/stereo gets better as I crank up the volume.
I feel the price is a bit high, but all in all I'm happy with the product.

Great Sound Bar with Sub Woofer

We recently purchased this sound bar to go with out new LG tv. We are not disappointed at all. The Sub Woofer does a great job, great bass and sound all around. We did not have any problems getting it all up and running. This sound bar was a great buy also, would recommend purchasing.

I own multiple Lg products, and this one is no exception to quality and value. The sound is excellent and very easy to set up. It uses small space, big sound at an affordable price. Its sleek design matches well with the televisions. Having Bluetooth is a plus. I am very impressed with this product and will add another to my other television.

I bought this Sound Bar to compliment my LG 55 3D Smart TV..I have a problem hearing and this sound bar has saved my marriage because now my wife doesn't have to yell to turn down the TV..Also the sound is great when watching in 3D a true 3D sound..The TV & Sound Bar are about 24ft from wall to wall so now with the Sound Bar in stereo the room is much warmer and quieter..Life is Good thanks to LG.

Amazing Sound

This sound bar is spectacular! Within testing it's limits, you have to get near deafening levels for the sub to barely begin to get muddy; the bar stayed crisp and clean. Even at that volume, the sound stayed well contained in the living room. Bang for buck, this is the best sounding unit I've heard. The highs are crisp and clear. The treble is exactly where it needs to be and the bass is smoothly transferred to the sub. We love it for our home theater. The only time we had sound this good was when we had a small recording studio. Very easy set up; un-box, plug in, power on. I do wish I could adjust some of the levels manually, but it does sound spectacular on the the "3-D" setting. Fills the room.

Great Sound and Value

I changed around my home theater set up and wanted a simple, high performance sound bar and I could not be more happy with the NB3530A. I paired it up with my LG60LA7400 TV.
Installation is a snap. The optical cable is provided, which is nice. Basically installation involves connecting the optical cable, plugging in the power cord for the sound bar and for the sub-woofer. The sub-woofer paired up the first time with the sound bar. Connection with the LG TV is a breeze as well.
I think that the sound quality is great. I know that a few reviewers had mentioned a breaking in time period, and while I am not an audiophile by any stretch, it does seem to me that the quality improved after a few hours of play time.
I was easily able to connect my smartphone via the built-in Bluetooth.
I'm not sure that there is a better value out there.

Hesitant at first but no regrets now!

My girlfriend and I just moved in together into our first home. I'm a movie nut and as such, used to have a HUGE home theater setup. Unfortunately, the way our living room is laid out it is impossible to set up the home theater I used to have without having major wire management issues which she hates...so, cue stage right, the sound bar (I'm learning to keep the girlfriend happy).
I'm finicky when it comes to buying what most people would simply take a salesperson's word on. As a result, I'll spend hours of research on a product like this. In the end, it came down to quality vs. price...and this is the perfect balance between the two.
I usually have the sound bar up quite a bit as this one really immerses you into the show you're watching (hockey, action movie, HGTV...). Sometimes, I'll startle myself when I turn it on due to the volume I had it at the night before.
Sleek and stylish, it looks great on the fireplace mantle. It's got great sound, an "auto turn-on" feature when you turn on your TV, and an automatic "turn-off" feature if it sits idle for a half hour or more. The only thing that I don't like is that it won't turn back on again unless you turn the TV off and back on.
I would recommend this to anyone and everyone.

This product awesome also sounds good the Bluetooth is awesome you can set up your music tablet or smart phone you are watching TV same time you can listen music is so simple to set up has several different option + music clear of movie I love Lg I recommended everybody I have six different product all Lg and I do not have any problem they work wonderful I also recommended to do 3D Smart TV 4K ultra pictures so awesome crystal-clear
