Bought this unit a while ago but now on a regular basis it decides to turn the sound off but the unit is still on. Will not play any sound for a while ie several hours. I am using a optical lead from lg tv. Any advice please

Great sound from the subwoofer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with the soundbar! Unfortunately the power supply PCB of the WIRELESS SUBWOOFER died. Can I get replacement parts for it - I tried the LG spare parts outlets in Europe, but they don't have it. The P/N is EBR76798401 PC Board-Power Supply-Sub. I am willing to buy a whole new SUBWOOFER if parts are no longer available. From anywhere in Europe (preferably EU).
