My wife didn't like all of the wires and boxes that came with the old surround system, but I loved the sound. Eventually, messing with the receiver and speakers became too much. I checked out sound bars. What a difference!
It is so easy to use - hookup was a breeze. The wireless bass synced with no problem; the TV syncs effortlessly and the sound is astounding!
We have a small room and it works perfectly. We can now hear the voices on the movies as well as the quiet rustlings and the loud explosions.
PLUS, without the bulky receiver, stacks of speakers and wires going everywhere, we now have a very nice room!

I've used this product for around 8 months now and it is amazing. I love the sounds and preset equalizers. I have many wires that run everywhere behind my LG TV and i'm so glad that the sub-woofer is wireless. It has amazing sound quality and I love that you can adjust the sub-woofer's output. My last system only had preset bass settings and i'm so happy that i can now control it. This sound bar may be a little pricey but cause of the great quality it is worth the money!!

Problems with this product

In less than one year, I started having a number of problems with this product cutting on and off and changing settings. After several times going through customer support they suggested that I mail it in for repair.
Very disappointed, but at least it failed while still under warranty, so I guess I should be thankful for that!
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wireless " LG Sound Sync" feature not great.

System sounds great.I setup with wireless feature to save an optical input for another add on but couldn't get the voice/picture to sync up. I have a compatible LG TV with "LG Sound Sync - Wireless" and after trying tirelessly to sync up using the 'AV Sync' feature on the remote, gave up. Had to use one the optical inputs. This is the reason for 4 stars.

Sound is great when it's on....

The sound is great when playing games. But when it's on TV mode, you have to turn the volume all the way up. There's no synchronization. I like bass and the feel of the sound. I wish I could get it to sound like it does when playing games. I have an LG TV, cable box and Blue Ray hooked up. There's probably just some setting that I've overlooked. I'll keep trying. Ergh!!

Great soundbar, when the sub works...

Bought one of these from Amazon as a factory refurb. Sadly that left no warranty. Subwoofer is on, green light is solid, but I have no sound coming from the sub. I looked up auth. repair near me and there are none.
Would get 5/5 stars across the board if they offered replacement subs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The sound is very good. Looks nice under my LG TV. This unit supports Optical, USB, portable (1/8") and Bluetooth. Wireless subwoofer is a nice feature.
