[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PRODUCT WORKED GREAT FOE NEARLY A YEAR. AFTER THAT I STARTED HAVING TROUBLES WITH HARD WIRE CONNECTIVITY AND BLUETOOTH. SOUND CONSTANTLY DROPS. I PRIMARILY USED THE OPTICAL CONNECTION TO MY LG TV THEN LATER SWITCHED TO USING THE BLUETOOTH OPTION WITH THE SAME TV. IN BOTH CASE I CONSISTENTLY GET DROPPED SOUND OUTAGES. I NOW HAVE TO LISTEN THROUGH TH BLAND SOUND DIRECTLY FROM MY LG TV. I CAN NO LONGER RELY ON THE PRODUCT LONGEVITY OF LG . ;(

Erratic Sound Bar!

I was told by your techs in order to mute my new LG T.V. I needed to hit the mute button on LG sound bar. Most of the time it doesn't work, as I sit listening to commercials!

Audio drops

After a month the audio had begun dropping out, sent it in for repair and was told there is nothing wrong it. Got it back and audio still drops out. I tried new cables, different devices, different ports and nothing helped. Funny side story so when I sent it in I was given pretty explicit instructions on how to return it and that original packing was prefered to keep the unit secure. So that is how I sent it in, however; I got my product back in a partially mangeled cardboard box so that thwarts any chance I had of returning the product for a refund. Overall bad expierance. On a positive note when the unit worked like it was supposed to it did sound awesome.

I really like the sound quality this system provides. It's very compact and looks great. A perfect compliment to my LG TV. Sound and features are as good or better than anything else in this price range.
