Mediocre Headphones

This is 2nd identical headphone, one for each of us.
1) When using both, have a problem with sound, which snaps and crackles, then cuts out. Power light still on. Can't turn it off, so remove/reinstall battery, but problem persists.
2) Difficult to get the headset just right in the base so it will charge. Have to use both hands.
3) Sound quality is adequate, but not great.
4) When putting on headset, pad has a tendency to come off.

i just got these headphones but can not get the sound turned up loud enough
have not really used them much still trying to find out if i can do something to increase sound

Didn't find them up to the expectation

First of all, I want to start with saying that they are no the pure wireless headphones. If you want wireless headphones these aren't thsoe. You need to connect the base to a sound source and then use it. There isn't any bluetooth or WiFi capability that would allow you to listen using these headphones without worrying abot the source connected to the base charging station
Secondly the sound quality for which JBL and Herman are famous for is missing, not slightly, but by a leap. Considering the amount someone has to pay for these headphones I wasn't very satisfied.
JBL can do way better than this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used the system for about one year. A repeating problem is the right earphone pad comes off without any provacation. I replace the pad onto its base and it is ok for some time, then if falls off agan. I would glue the thing on except it must be removed should I need to replace its batteries.
I would recommend this to a friend!

They work just great right of the box,they have great sound love enough to buy two pair,if you want something that fells well and has great sound buy you a pair or even 2 you will be glde you did

Worst product ever in JBL

I buyed this online in a deal .. The made of this product is very cheap and i dont think its jbl sound quality . When you put this on your head its soo heavy and you ll look like a robot.. I am a fan of jbl but i dont suggest this model

Very lightweight and good sound

I bought the JBL WR2.4 because of the sale price of about $20. I have found them to be more than acceptable for the price. They're very comfortable, lightweight, and provide good sound. They work with my TV, computer, and iPhone (with adapter). I would definitely recommend them at that price. $100? Not so much.

Very poor quality

I got these at less than a fifth of their list price. Still, I don't think they are worth it!
They do work but the build quality is the worst I have seen in a brand name product in 30 years! It is sth you may expect for a product sold for a couple of bucks on the street. I am shocked JUL put their name on this! Wow!
