Great replacement

My last microwave lasted me 20 years but it was not the microwave that this one is. The popcorn preset on this works flawlessly. The size of the interior is great, where other companies will give you width but not depth where this oven gives you both. Very easy to clean. The only flaw that I find is the keypad is hard to read in lower light conditions due to the print being small and there being a slight glare when looking from directly in front.

I've owned 8 microwaves over the years , this is the best. The power is great . Easy controls. But the best yet ,it's so easy to keep clean . The inside corners are rounded, no crevices to trap food.. I love it.

A good microwave

This is a good overall microwave. It is easy to use and has the features you want -- including kitchen timer, different power levels and automatic settings. The only drawback is the VERY short electric cord. I use mine with an extension cord (following user manual guidelines for ensuring the power level of the extension cord is appropriate). I've had the microwave for about 6 months now with no problems

Nice attractive microwave. Works well. The control pad is a bit hard to see as others have noted. Our old microwave died and we had a limited choice of store models for replacement. This was the largest one they had in the store (our old one was 2.1 cf). Actually cost more than the one we replaced so we had to pony up a few extra bucks over the warranty amount to get it.
Easy to use, the features are typical for a microwave. The cabinet vibrates a bit. Holding the side with your hand can stop the vibration so I may need to tighten some screws (don't want to void the warranty though). All in all, it's a nice microwave that will hopefully last longer than our old one did.

intuitve panel, good design

This microwave is sleek looking with an intuitive panel. A backlit panel would be preferred in order to easily see the features. Otherwise this oven is great.

We purchased this microwave as a replacement for a 10 + year old LG product which had performed very well. We needed a model that would fit into a pre-existing space which limited our options. However, we were very pleased with this model - it had all the features of our old model in addition to some more modern features, it looked really nice in our kitchen and it was reasonably priced. The only room we see for improvement so far is the keypad is dark and it's hard to read the numbers. It would be great if if was backlit or minimally had lighter numbers to contrast better with the background.
