Very quiet washing cycles, while cleaning without stressing clothes at all. Very easy programming and in automatic it chooses the best time and water usage, which is extremely convenient. Plus, I like how nice it looks in the laundry room. Great job Samsung!!

We upgraded to this washer from an older washer, so we experienced a lot of improvements. We can wash a king size comforter, it's a lot quieter, a lot faster, and does a better job getting the kids clothes clean. We have this upstairs and don't even know when it's running. Great machine!

Great features, but has broken down twice since buying it November 2013

The problem: the machine's ability to spin stops working and it makes a loud whirring noise while it tries to spin. Removing some or all of the load does not help the issue.
It's only been used by two people with no kids or pets since we've bought the machine in November 2013 and it has broken down for the second time today on 8/20/2015. The first time it broke down it was one month outside the warranty and it cost a lot to fix. We are having the same issue and expect another high dollar amount to fix it. The washing machine is rich in features and the design is sleek and top notch, but what's the point if you can't trust the machine to last awhile for the expensive price we paid?
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
