no sound on my galaxy 4 without earphones

I've owned my tablet for about 5 weeks and the sound goes out, I can only hear with the earphones. Other than that my 5 year old grandson loves it.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: bad speaker

I love my tab 4 so much. I also bought one for my wife and she loves it also. I have never had a tablet before and now I won't ever go without one ever again. I can't wait till the next tab comes out so I can try and get one. I don't even use a laptop anymore,Just my tab 4. Love love love it........I especially love all of the features and how fast they actually are. I have used my tab 4 for watching movies,Facebook,You tube,Work,Maps,And so much more. Thanks for such an awesome product.....

I would recommend this tablet to anyone. Excellent screen quality, easy to learn and use interface, smooth and fast operating, large 16gb internal memory with expansion of an up to 64gb sd card totaling up to 80gb and the option to move apps to the external sd card. No complaints or problems using this Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 overall I give it 5 stars * * * * * !!!

I have always hesitated about getting a tablet since I already had a laptop. My children talked me into it and I love it. The design makes it much easier to carry. The programs are very good and it is easy to run. Now that I have it I can't see myself without.
