Suitable for occasional cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit is very loud! The fan automatically comes on when ever you use the microwave. This was not the case with my old microwave, the fan would only come on at a certain temperature. We have an open floorplan and when you use the microwave it interferes with the tv or radioor conversation.
The microwave is good looking and offers basic features at an affordable price. I would recommend that you listen to the microwave before you buy to determine if the noise level is something you can live with.

AMAZING MWO

We always rent apartments but now that we have our own home, our first home, GE microwave oven is our first choice. It has all the features that we want. The performance of this MWO is absolutely amazing, the design is excellent, the looks and the functionalities exceed our expectations.

This is my second GE over the stove microwave and the only reason I replaced it was because I wanted stainless steel. Otherwise the old one still worked. Great product that made it through raising my children.
