heats great but the fans are terrible

we won this in a kitchen makeover and it beautifies my kitchen and heats really well but the fan does not really seem to pull in the air.

Generally ok; however, not what I'd expect

The outside metal sheathing seems to not be attach well to the product, as it pulls away from it and hangs out like a loose bumper on a car. When pushing the 30+ seconds of cook time to quickly add a few minutes of cook time is delayed by a "express" information on the read out, but makes me wait to add more than one 30 second bump.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Broke after 2 years

This microwave came with our new home and after only 2 years it needs to be replaced. Heard a noise and then it started smoking!! Very scary. The transformer seems to be blown and everything (cables and everything) seem to be burned. I am debating whether or not to get another GE microwave if it won't last over 2 years.

Fantastic looks and quality

Purchased in 2010 it is now August 2016. This has been and still is a beautiful Microwave Oven. Never had any problems what so ever. The exhaust fan is plumbed to the outside and pulls everything except the cat out of the kitchen The fan makes no more noise than any other exhaust fan and is very efficient. This microwave is user friendly and I thank GE for a dependable efficient product.
I would recommend this to a friend!
