Terrible product

Bought brand new about 3 years ago and it already died. Still runs but does not heat.

This product is no longer offered. The motherboard went out, but after 10 years of use, and it was cheaper to replace than buy the part.

10 yrs and going strong

This came with my house in 2016. It was made in 2009. Its 10 almost 11 yrs and going strong. Love the features.

I need guidance on why grease inside microwave

All has been well for years, but last week I noticed grease dripping inside the top of my microwave. Thu the little vents, and along the sides of the round plastic insert on the top. it vents outside, so no charcoal filter, other filters are clean. Fan runs, exhaust blows outside fine. When I remove the top grill I can see grease under the fan casing. How do I get to it to clean it?
