What a pleasure to cook on this stove!

I did plenty of research before purchasing a stove. This one came through with flying colors. It has the look & feel of a commercial stove, it's easy to use and has a "super burner" for rapid boiling. I love the double oven, and the only issue I found was the rack in the upper oven is a little difficult to pull out. However, this could be due to it being new, time will tell, but not anything that I am concerned with. This is a well made stove with many great features - it will not disappoint !
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, built like a commercial stove
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Double Oven

This is my first double oven & I love it. So easy to clean. Use the top oven more than the lower oven, but so nice when I have to use both. Great space for cooking.
Pros: easy to use

Oven temperatures are wrong and burners are stupid

The burners don't cook evenly and the flames are stronger on one side. Really? This is so stupid. Consistent cooking should be the first feature of a stove.
The lower oven is even worse. Set at 325 for a Chiffon Cake. 20 minutes after reaching the temp, it went very high and it burnt the top! I have been baking for 30 years and I know how 325 looks like.
Going to buy an oven thermometer. I had an LG electric in my condo and it worked much better
Huge disappointment. I hope I can send it back!

The colors of the product are beautiful which is what drew my attention but the features are standard. Overall, you can get a better oven for less money elsewhere.

Poor investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my oven on 11-18-2016 at HHgregg. The oven was delivered on 11-23-2016. While cooking my Thanksgiving dinner on the 24th, the glass shattered into pieces on the top oven. Since then, I have been insulted by the appliance manager, given the run around with customer service agents, and at no time did anyone show any empathy for me as the consumer. And I'm being told now, I may incur an expense for a service call to have my oven looked at. As a consumer I don't want the oven in my house, because the oven clearly is a default. The store manager assured me, I would be getting my oven replaced, but failed to mention that I would be subjected to a lot of inconsistency. The bottom line, the oven still remain in my house with shattered glass still dropping on the floor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

FORGET IT!!

The Oval burner does not heat the griddle evenly.
The upper oven is useless. You have to put the rack to the highest position so the bottom of what you are baking/cooking does not burn. That leaves very little room between the rack and the gas burner. Cannot even cook a large meatloaf, it hits the top.
Don't waste your money on this one. This was my big splurge in my new kitchen and I regret it every time I use it. When it heats, the metal makes a banging sound and again when it cools.The musical tune for the timers is annoying. BAD PURCHASE

Very noisy when making ice

Nice range, wish it had 2 other options

Range works well, oven cooks fast especially the broiler, burners location is good for using large pots. The two other things I wish it had as a convection fan in the smaller oven, and the higher btu burner had a center burner, instead of just around the outside. Doesn't the center of a pot or pan deserve a flame? I am just use to working in a commercial kitchen [now retired] with commercial ranges.
But overall very happy with the range.
