Disappointment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove / oven had everything I needed, so I thought! The touch pad is peeling and looks poorly. Similarly, the tape on the stove knobs is crinkled and peeling. This past year, the oven temperature does not match the oven setting, causing the food to be raw or uncooked or not done! And baked goods not cooked well and wet in the center!! What the heck?! This was a costly item for my family. I bake a lot of meals, too bad that this is not a good investment! I feel sad that this good looking oven fell apart inside and out!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Talk about an upgrade; this oven has all the features a person could want/ask for especially if you're a heavy duty cook as I am. Easy to use and keep clean. Absolutely amazing. Love it. thank you LG. It's the Iphone 5S in Ovens need i say more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love my LG gas range

I literally researched all varieties of gas ranges for two years before I decided on the LG Double Oven gas range. LG provides the look, quality and features that I was looking for and at a reasonable price. I have had the range for about six months now and I am completely satisfied with it. I have used the double oven many times, which surprises me as I initially thought I would only use it at holiday times. This is an all around excellent product.

I saw this online and I pretty much bought this sight unseen. I like the double oven a lot. I could not believe how even this oven bakes. I was nervous about the digital settings for the ovens but once I got used to using the controls I have been extremely satisfied. I would recommend this oven to anyone. I also am impressed with the five burners .

We're still getting used to this new appliance. Never cooked with convection before so there is some experimenting to do. Maintenance of the surfaces is more involved compared to our old appliances. I love that it tells me when the oven is at it's preheat temp. No more guessing. Planning ahead for pan size is important if you're going to have multiple burners in use at the same time. It's a tight fit. I'm disappointed the broiler pan is an accessory and was not included with the Range. We're trying to train ourselves to pull out the rack in the lower oven if we want to check things. Otherwise you have to sit on the floor to work with whatever is inside.

Love my new LG gas range. Cooks everything evenly. One can view their food cooking at a glance and love the sweet musical alarm when the food is done.
The only complaint I would have and it isn't much is adjusting the heat. That feature could be a little more user friendly.

Lots of features in a high quality product

As with other appliances we owned for many years, our previous gas oven was beat, so after much research and reviews, we opted for the LDG3036ST. My wife cooks a ton and really wanted the dual-oven if we were going through the expense of purchasing a new gas range - we were not disappointed!
I personally like the way the top is laid out, which allows you to slide pots and pots smoothly between burners without having to pick them up.
Convection cooking has also proven to be a win, though it takes a bit of getting used to - however, the stove is smart enough to reduce the temperature for you when you use this feature.
And believe it or not, I even like the little steam cleaning tool set they give you with it!
Overall, I think you get a ton of bang-for-your-buck with LG appliances, and this gas range is no exception. Recommended!

This is a Really Great Stove

Bought this LG gas stove in mid-December 2014 and installed it a few days after receiving it. I installed this stove together with an LG microwave above the stove. You will definitely like this stove. It has a middle grill feature which is really nice. Also, the right front burner is a "power" burner in that it puts out a hotter flame and really speeds up heating things like a kettle or large pot of water to a boil. The oven is easy to use and comes with good instruction on how to use it. After a couple of uses I had to clean the lower oven because of a spilling of the contents of something that we were baking. The cleaning oven feature cleaned up the spill perfectly leaving a slight ash residue which I wiped out with a damp sponge. You will also like the double oven feature a lot. You can cook two different things at the same time which we do often. The top smaller oven is great for cooking a pizza. Oven controls are easy to understand and use -- very intuitive. I have no negative comments about this LG appliance. Glad I pick this product for our kitchen improvement.
