Black enamel stovetop awful to clean

I have tried everything under the sun to clean the stove top. I've tried micro fiber, new soft clothes, mr clean sponges, absorbent cloths - even newspapers and it always has some streaking. I hate to cook on the stovetop because of this. On using the top oven - when you pull the rack out on the lowest setting, it's not completely even so when you pull it out it's slightly tilted and if whatever your cooking is full - it will spill over. I also find that with the stove top that you cannot fit one large pan and a small pan with lids on and have them centered over the burners as the back of the stove where the controls are is tilted and takes up space. Also the control knobs are on the front of the stove and if you have a large group of people over, you have to be careful because if you bunk or rub into them the gas turns on (and not all the way either ) I do like the double oven and the different features though. The convection oven works great and evenly

Excellent range

Have used this range for almost 1 year. Works flawlessly, excellent placement of controls & knobs, dual oven is a great feature, and digital panel is quite intuitive. The gas range has precise control over flame levels. The 1 concern for families with small children is that the front placement of knobs could pose a problem, as moving them could start the burners. The knobs do have a "push+twist" safety, which is nice.
2 issues that LG may want to look into: First the mechanism for leveling the unit is a wee bit odd, as the feet have to be adjusted prior to placing the unit in place. A set of long screws, accessible from the front, would make this super easy. Second, consider making the shelf for the lower larger oven adjustable.
Overall, a very nice range.

I purchased this range 11 months ago. Overall I am very pleased. There are a couple of minor things, but I feel this is a very good value, and it looks beautiful in my kitchen. It looks impressive and it cooks well. The dislikes I have are that the front burners will turn slightly, which emits gas, when you bump into them. This happens often when I am reaching up and over the stove to get something in or out of my built-in microwave. I'm not sure if the knobs can be adjusted so they don't rotate easily, but I will explore that next. I'm still trying to hone in on the temperature. It seems to cook slower, but food bakes beautifully once you figure out the timing. Cleaning the top is a little challenging getting around the burners. But I think that would be the case with all. I like the oval burner for toasting sandwiches and pancakes. I can't use the center grill and the side burners at the same time. It is too wide and I can't center the pans over the side burner. Overall I can highly recommend the oven.

Nice range but one design flaw

Love the LG double oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really do love this double oven. The double oven feature has been invaluable when cooking many meals. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is a design fault that I think they have now fixed. The dials on the front of the oven can be affected by the heat and the surface starts to ripple. I had a few replaced when under warranty but now it is off warranty and so I live with it.

As a former quality control mgr., this range is tops.
The size of the bottom oven along with top oven really did the total meal for my wife's birthday.
the back panel controls are easy to use.#read the book#.
I would like to see a larger griddle for bigger families.
The range is very massive looking and stylish.

It's very easy to use.I tried cleaning the oven it was so easy. It looks great. I love it. Heats up fast and cooks better then the convection oven we replaced.
