Very stylish

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this more the last few weeks. I spilled some cheese on the bottom of the top oven and it took both easy and self cleaning cycles to get it off but they did get it clean. The rack on the top oven is a bit high on the top rung for some things and if you put it on the bottom rung, you can't get a hot pad hand in there to pull out the rack to remove food. The bottom over really doesn't need 2 racks, but I suppose if you had something really skinny you could use the bottom & top together. Love the center burner for frying eggs. Lots of nice features on the control panel - still getting used to them.

The convection oven is absolutely great when time is of the essence. The top center-mounted griddle plate is very handy and makes for an additional cooking area for large meals.

The black stainless steel is modern, refined, and easy to clean. I love the different size burners and have cooked four things at once without overcrowding the range top. The beautiful blue inside the stove is a pleasant surprise every time! It is so time-saving to be able to cook in the upper and lower oven! Dinner and dessert can be done at the same time! Highly, highly recommend.

Oven randomly shuts off

We have had this oven for some time now. Sadly, after about a year the oven started randomly shutting off completely. You would be halfway through cooking a batch of cookies (or dinner) and the power completely went out. (no Display, no gas in oven, no nothing. After a few hours, the power might come back on, or it might be the next day. Happened again today. Hate buying another stove but this one is not reliable for us.

Not what I had expected

I bought this with the double oven to replace another one I owned that was older and I wanted to get stainless steel to update my kitchen. I hate the upper oven as everything I cook in it burns on the bottom. The baking in the top oven is very uneven. Also the griddle on the top takes a long time to heat and then it as well cooks very uneven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing

I have also had problems with the lower convection oven, but it is not consistent enough to call for service. One time it works and the next it doesn't.
