The HP original ink and the printer have never failed to perform faultlessly. The printer was purchased in 2006, has always used HP ink, and the print quality is still like new. Great product. Only complaint is that HP seems to be phasing out the ink, difficult to find, and no longer supplying the larger cartridges.

Installed 6/24/24 when I first recieved the cartridge and did the usual printed page at first. Every thing appeared to work well then. Now, on 10/15/24, the printer is not printing or copying. Tried to clean the cartridges which was no help.
