It has problems

This cartridge shuts down my printer by giving me an error message thet it is the incorrect cartridge for my printer when infact it is the correct one. It takes some time and frustration to get it to work. It does it several times in its life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Low ink message

Hi, I have just used this new color xl cartridge a few days..and now it is giving me low ink message and the print is showing horizontal lines thru the colors.. I have printed about 50 letters with black and color.
I buy the xl so I won't have these problems...Please replace with a new one..

I have used HP products for quite some time now. I have never been disappointed with my ink cartridges. They are easy to load and I get a lot of service out of them. My documents always come out crisp and clear.
