Punches well above its weight in picture quality

Anyone that has seen one of these sets will immediately understand why expert reviewers compare it to TVs costing thousands more. There's plenty of awesome technology here, but the tech specs don't tell the whole story. A lot of what makes a great picture is in the software and processing. LG got everything right here.The end result is a picture that is vivid and rich in color without being over-saturated. Skin tones are truly remarkable in this context. It's tough to pull that off, but this set does it.
I also love the design. No boring black plastic here. This is a set that looks great even when it's off. The remote control is very nice; simple, fun to use, and effective - especially when you let it control other devices such as your cable box. I do find that I would like to be able to customize the Smart TV interface more, however it's not that big a deal and I am hoping LG will address that in a software update. The TV has already updated itself once since we've had it and it's nice that functionality continues to be added.
The main thing, though, is that picture quality which wows me every day. To live with this set is to love it.

Very impressed with design, craftsmanship, value, and features. Looks like a lot of thought went into the layout and design of the newer model. The new remote is outstanding.The 3-D is fabulous, even when turning 2-D to 3-D! The picture is so clear, and so many different options to try, and go back to default, just so easy! I couldn't be happier with the value, and look of this model.It updates automatically, and so easy to see your options, and apps, thank you for a well thought out product!

Love the picture quality and ease of use

I looked at lots of brands with the same or similar features and always came back to LG. It has everything that I wanted with a TV. It fits perfectly in our family room.

Really like the TV. Only one problem. All of the hook ups are on the back side of the TV. Hard too use any accessories. Have to pull it off the wall to get to the back. Thought the design would be better if there were hook ups on the side of the screen.

What a TV - No wonder they call it a 3D Cinema - and smart. It's loaded with everyhting; connects anything and the picture and quality is amazing. I've only had it for 1 month but I am in love with it. A talking point when friends come round and I give them a tour of the 3D world.
