Washes Big Loads

We recently purchased this set after owning a washer with an agitator for the last 12 years. This Samsung fits 3 times the clothes in it with room to spare and uses less water! Lots of features and it spins so fast our items are nearly dry when cycle is complete.
Pros: Bright display, quiet

I have had this washer for about a month now. I have to admit I was weary. I loved my old top loader with the agitator, I didn't know how an HE machine and I would get along. My biggest worry was would the clothes get clean enough? I have to say I love this machine!!! Uses enough water, clothes are clean, spins out very good which decreases drying time. I am very happy with my purchase!!!
Pros: Bright display, cleans clothes great, strong spin speed, quiet, great value for price, huge wash tub

Huge loads

This thing is awesome. What used to take 2-3 loads I can do in one in this monster. It's also very quiet too. The glass doors are a very nice touch.
Pros: Durable, doesn't do wifi like the store said

Top Load Washer

We are very pleased with the quality and performance of our Top Load washer. We previously owned a front load of another brand but consider this to be superior in quality and value.

Bad Features

This machine we owned for about one year now. We keep getting black particles on our clothes and in the bottom of the machine. We called and they told us to buy this cleaning stuff to put in the washer every month to clean it. We bought it and we cleaned it about four times now, and we are still getting the black particles. I would not recommend this washer to anyone. Does anyone we any suggestions, if so, please let me know. Thanks

Nice Machine - few faults

This is a great machine and has a lot of nice good options but beware of the few draw backs.
1) you cannot wash waterproof mattress pads, or rubber-backed anything.
2) if a load is uneven it adds more water automatically to try and redistribute....sometimes I prefer it would just stop so I can redistribute the load myself. And this can add so much extra time to the washing time.
3) I've had this machine for about a year and yesterday I did a load of laundry and all this brown stuff got all over my clothes....at first I thought it was a brown paper towel someone left in the wash but it ended up being something in the machine....I had to shake out all my laundry, do a short wash with bleach and hot water, and rewash all my clothes. It was something from the washer...all these brown pieces that were greasy when pressed between my thumb and forefinger...this came from the machine. I read another review that said to clean the machine.....but I did not notice a tub-cleaning cycle like in my old front loader.........
Otherwise I am very happy with the amount of wash I can do in a single load, the different cycles, and options and how well lit cleans our clothes and bedding with little water.

I can't believe how much laundry I can put in this washing machine and it all gets clean. I can do in 3 loads what I used to do in 10 loads!

Large capacity washer

This is the largest washer that we have ever had. Even though it is large, it is designed to be water saving. We have been able to reduce the number of weekly wash loads by almost half when compared to our previous front loader and the clothes are cleaner.
