1st one was a dud. Returned it it is a 100% better. Just installed new one tonight. 2 loads no problems
Pros: Lightweight, quiet, cleans clothing great
Cons: little slower that old front loader
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the money

The product has too many features, some loads take over an hour and is not worth the money. It does have large capacity but you can't wash different items together, sheets and blankets, the clothes do not spin because the machine can't tell the weight. It took about 7 hours to do laundry I use to do in a couple of hours. I traded my front loading Whirlpool washing machine because of the foul smelling clothes only to have this washing machine doing the same thing. I now have to buy cleaning supplies, vinegar and Clorox to try and remove the bad smell. We reviewed this machine very carefully to make sure it would remove all the water from the tank. It is suppose to suck from the bottom and empty the tank to keep the water from becoming stale. But after reading more reviews, bad odors is a common problem. I wish I had bought a good general washing machine.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, foul odor in clothes, too many functions, does not save time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

large capacity. Now I can wash my king size bedding without splitting up the loads. Very quiet while washing. The drain pump makes quite a bit of noise though.
Pros: Bright display, works well with large loads
Cons: noisy drain pump

This washer is a joke

I have never been so disgusted with a product in my life. I have had this washer a little over a year. The porcelain on the top of the washer is flaking off and it is rusting. It has been washing the same load of clothes for 2.5 hours on a quick wash, which is 35 minute cycle. It constantly goes off balance, no matter what size load you wash. It was 8 months old and I had to replace the water valve...
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Samsung hater, my house is full of Samsung TV's, I have a Samsung phone and tablet.
This washing machine drives me crazy and right now I have never hated a washer as bad as I do this one right now.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product is very hard to get repaired

Bought this washer a year ago in August. Still trying to get it repaired properly. Ben making a grinding noise since the beginning of December. already replaced every moving part. Still making the grinding noise. It has been two months already. Still waiting on another part.

BRAND NEW out the Box washer machine with a Stainless Steel Washing drum which is advertised as NOT ever to RUST.... Please explain how this machine was shipped from warehouse with a hole RUSTED through the bottom of the drum???

I Can Not Believe how Big this Washing Machine is and it fits in my Town House Laundry Closet!!!

I never expected this upgrade of a washing machine with all the bells and whistles. But here I am all caught up with my laundry for the first time in ages. It is so big it fits my King Size Comforter and also the amount of laundry it can fit at one time. I hated doing laundry before, it was such a chore, now it is so easy and fast. It is amazing how technology changes in one or two decades but it did and for the best and I have it. There are so many cycles and options that it is perfect for the laundry that I do. I love the glass lid and am finding myself watching it through the window. My clothes never came out as soft and smelling real nice as they do now. Thank You Samsung for making such a Great and Wonderful Product!!!!

Large Capacity, Poor Performance

Hindsight I should've purchased the warranty on this machine. The panel that shows the time remaining in a cycle has gone out. Now, I have to purchase the entire control panel to replace the bulbs that are out.
Besides that, this machine stinks.... literally. I leave the door open between uses, and the smell is still bad. For being such an expensive machine, I would've expected more.
Cons: Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
