Great set up, but I had to contact Microsoft to figure out which drives to delete and which to download. Other than that my only issue was that they make it seem like you need a special controller, but any 360 controller will work. So you can save some money by buying just the sensor part.

I got this because I wanted to play various Steam games with a wireless controller. What I didn't know was that I could buy the wireless adapter for 16 bucks on a poplar shopping website that starts with an A. The adapter is the same as what comes with this one, but allows you to use Xbox controller if you already have them.
Net out: If you don't currently have any controllers for an Xbox 360 get this.
Otherwise, research your options.

I've had and tried many 3rd party gamepad controllers both wired and wireless. The X-Box 360 is the one I found to be the best quality in feel and response. Despite not having any frills and whistles (except programmable buttons and vibration) this is by far my favorite. Easy to set up, and never had an issue with the wireless, even in the most pressing gaming moments. Highly Recommended.
