The Microsoft Xbox 360 controller works exactly as you would expect and even from someone who's never handled a 360 controller before, I felt right at home (PlayStation fan boy).
I played through Amnesia with it and with third party program Pinnacle Game Profile I was able to easily customize the controller for maximum efficiency.
I highly recommend this product for any games you want to play with a controller opposed to mouse and keyboard.
