This is the one thing the PC master race does not have over its console competition, a comfortable controller. Having being a fan of consoles, but unable to play the top tier mmorpg I had to break down and build a gaming PC. One problem, I am not proficient using a keyboard and mouse. BAM, the xbox 360 controller solves all my problems. All it is...a xbox controller that I am used to with an adapter cable and software to play on my PC. At worst, I now have a back up controller for my xbox. nuf said. Buy it. It's a win win.

this controller feels exactly the same and operates the same as a standard one, but the d pad does help a little when playing games that require heavy use of it.
Basically if you want to switch things up with your controllers then this one is nice to showcase or just to have. The design is neat. so if you want something different pick this up.

I don't own an XBOX, but I purchased this for PC gaming. It works great, and the ergonomics are excellent. I've owned Play Stations up to the PS3, and every Nintendo console, and I have to say I like this controller the best.

I recently had my Halo 4 controller start showing signs of slow responsive buttons after only 1 1/2 years and needed a replacement. I grabbed this on sale and just bought my son one as well.
