It works amazingly. Both on the Xbox and Computer. I have had no troubles thus far. The small/lightweight really doesn't affect it that much, so its absolutely amazing!
What's great about it: It works on the computer aswell as the Xbox

This is a standard wireless 360 controller. I used this controller to pair with my windows adapter on both my desktop and surface 2 (rt). It works well with both and most games automatically recognize the controller.

I purchased it as a part of a Daily Deal for $35 so I couldn't pass it up since my other controller's thumbsticks are starting to float around making navigating in most games a pain!
Xbox 360 controllers are incredibly comfortable as per usual and this one is no exception. Transforming d-pad is kinda gimmicky but it works well. The thumbsticks feel great too and I don't think they'll wear down as much as my older controller since the material used feels different and more coarse.
