We have had the TV for only a few weeks, but so far everything is good and there have been no problems. Very easy to set up and a very clear sharp image. We also have another Samsung TV which we've had much longer and still is an excellent TV. I feel the new one will also deserve an excellent rating when we have it longer and can observe more of the features it offers.
This tv is a nice tv for your bedroom. It has a really nice picture and for the price you can not beat it. However, when using the smart tv function. The sound goes out when using apps. I have had this issue with Netflix, Time Warner Cable, and Hulu. I will be watching a movie or a show and about 45 mins in the sounds goes out for about 15 secs, comes back on for about 3 secs, then repeat. It is very annoying!
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far I really like this tv. The narrow bevel makes it seem even larger than 50 inches because the picture seems to go on forever. App support is ok. I was really hoping for a Spotify app, but no such luck. Also it doesn't work with the Samsung view app in the Google play store, however it does work with the smart view function built into my S7 edge (although audio streaming via thathe method is low quality. Out of the box you'll need to turn up the back light.
Nice looks and great picture. Switching from antenna to cable requires several steps. Wish that were easier. My last set scrolled from antenna to cable automatically which was a great feature.
