This tv has been difficult to get the skin color right. I tried the consumer reports test settings and they improved the appearance. My wife said it's still not where she wants it. How do I proceed?
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is a very nice affordable TV. The picture is excellent and I like the fact that the eManual is available on screen anytime. This is the second Samsung TV I have purchased and I was pleased both times.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers

We are pleased with this TV; it's our first Smart TV. Have only had it a few weeks, but so far, so good!
The picture is very good & we feel we got a good deal; not too expensive.

We thought we'd need a sound bar for it; but the one we bought did not work with Netflix. We've decided we don't need one; the sound is good!

Why won't this TV go to Amazon Prime when I use Smart Hub? I don't have this connected to cable. I click Amazon Prime and it says try later. After several retires it might work. What am I doing wrong? Miserable experience so far.
Cons: can't get it to work as it should..

I LOVE THE DESIGN AND PICTURE QUALITY. I GAVE IT FOUR STARS BECAUSE IT DOES NOT OFFER SOME APPS I USE LIKE SLING TV AND DIRECT TV NOW.

I have four Samsung TVs in my home today. This is the first and only one that had a defect out-of-the-box. Along the bottom edge, just left of the centerline, there is a faint light half moon that extends about 2 inches from the bottom edge and is 4 inches across at the bottom edge. It is invisible except when the broadcast screen is very dark in that area of the screen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I purchased this television to replace an old unit. The smart features are pretty good. I really like the fact the APPs are accessible with one click. So far I am pleased.
