No physical way to access menus

If you lose the remote control you are screwed and cannot access anything.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, no remote-less control

This tv is great. It's a nice size and the apps are very cool. I wish they would get more apps, hopefully they are working on that.

This TV is identical to the one in our living room except 6" smaller. We love both TV's and all the features - super bright picture - easy to install. This is my 3rd Samsung product and we have had good luck with all 3. We would buy Samsung again.

Great image quality! Slow software!

I've had this TV for more than two years now, it has great speakers and image quality. Only thing I don't like is the software, it's very slow and not user friendly as much and only comes with 2 HDMIs.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight, Built-in speakers, Durable
