I was reluctant on buying a device that would convert my rear speakers to wireless in fear I would lose some quality. I figured I would at least try it after watching videos online. To my surprise I don't experience any latency, lag or humming. With my Onkyo receiver it sounds great! Definitely worth the cost versus running wires in which ever way you would need to to get the rear speakers connected.
