This product works as advertised, and works very well. The only issue I really have is that if your rear speakers' impedance rating does not match that of the Rocketfish amp then you will experience some annoying popping sounds coming from your rear speakers from time to time. However, if you keep the amp volume down to 3/4 max and below you should not hear too much of the popping, and it should not be a problem for you. If you are like me, you are willing to put up with this minor distraction in exchange for the benefits of being able to connect your rear surround speakers wirelessly, especially at this cost. Good buy - I recommend it.
What's great about it: Easy to use, decent range, good sound

Purchased this item and set up according to directions. Could not get both channels to work. Tried different speakers and switched channels and was only getting sound in one channel. The other channel was VERY muted and was consistently poor in all configurations. We did attempt to return the item and exchanged it for another and the problem still existed. Range was just under 19ft and we moved around the equipment to see if there was unexpected interference. Never resolved problem so returned product. Seems like it is a great product and we had a circumstance that did not allow for it to function correctly with our Denon AVR 1912, Verizon FIOS cable, PS3, and Apple TV.

I have used wireless system for a couple years now. And it has not had a problem with doing its job. It simply works. As for range, I moved into a much larger house with a very large living room. Receiver and transmitter are about 30 feet apart. Not a problem. Flawless.

I read all the reviews and saw most people thought it was great. I have my left middle and left rear channel on a balcony overlooking the living room with good line of sight. I really didn't want to run wires up there. I could easily hide the fronts and the rights wires. I was a little worried that the Yamaha YPAO, which sets the volume of each speaker based using a mike at the listning position would be able to adjust their volume. It did fine. There was plenty of volume from the wireless speakers. My Wi-Fi router is quite far away in a different room and I had no interference. I hear a small pop every once in a while, maybe once a week. I am very pleased with this set-up.
