This works well. I had no easy way to get wires to some spot for the rear surround speakers. I found this and it works as advertised. Quick setup. I wish the size of the units were reversed, with the small unit the receiver and the largeunit the sender because I have plenty of space in my components cabinet.
What's great about it: Easy to set up
What's not so great: The receiver unit is rather large, I wish it was smaller for my installation

I use this for one surround speaker which I cannot hard-wire. Distance is about 25 feet. It works well. One lasted 2 - 3 years until it gave out (it runs 24/7). Although it's a bit pricey, I bought another because it worked well while it lasted.
What's great about it: It works.
What's not so great: First one lasted 2-3 years; bought another one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Longevity

Have gone through 2 so far, power supply on big unit burns out after about a year. A great concept works as listed through doors and into my garage for tunes but poor power unit, get warranty if good for more than a year and doesn't cost half as much as unit. Not sure if I'll buy a third, I demand longer life from my electronic's.
What's great about it: Range, Volume level
What's not so great: Longevity
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've had this wireless system for a few weeks and I think it's great.
Let me say that I am very picky (neurotic) when it come to A/V. There were a lot of complaints about this product everywhere I read. One of the major issues seemed to be that people were getting a hiss if they where listening to a non-surround or 2 channel source. My unit does not do this. When listening to 2 channel output the rear speakers are completely silent. I also have not heard any echo so far.
The one issue that others have had that I have had as well is the occasional "pop." This however happens so infrequently that it is a non-issue. I perhaps here it once every three films. It can also happen when there is nothing playing.
As far as quality of sound goes this system sounds great. I have Polk Audio rear speakers and I cannot detect any difference from when they were connected by wires.
For $99 for me this is a no brainer. I'd buy it again.
What's great about it: It's super easy to set up and sounds great.
What's not so great: There is a "pop" very rarely. It's not really an issue though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for secondary sound location

Great product. I have two units. One unit drives my main sound system rear speakers. The second unit drives audio system Zone 2 located in my sunroom. Zone 2 fadeout may result because of distance from the transmitter (about 35 feet through the wall). The main sound system unit works flawlessly.
What's great about it: Easy Set up
What's not so great: Sometimes transmission fades out
I would recommend this to a friend!
