I was a bit skeptical about these but i tried them anyway so i didn't have to run wiring through my living room and I was really surprised by the ease of setup and how well they really work with my home theater system, would totally recommend for a do it yourselfer who does not want to run wiring for their surrounds

Doesn't hum like most wireless speaker systems!!

This is a great wireless speaker system for the value. The system does not hum at all. The only way it could be better is if the unit shut off when the rest of the system shuts down.

The system works well and i use it for my rear surround sounds speakers. You have to tweak it a little to get the sound right, but it seems to perform adequately. There is an occasional crackle / pop once in a while but for the the fact that there are no ghastly wires running all over the place, it's worth it. Quality isn't the best, but it gets the job done.

Easy set up, convenient for those that don't want to run wires through walls to hide them. Slows down wifi, receiver can't be hidden or the signal will go in and out. Make sure to turn off when not in use to return wifi to normal speed.

I purchased this to avoid having to run speaker cables through the walls of my new house. I had heard good and bad about these products how they interfere with wifi, have bad sound quality etc.. Let me tell you, this thing works GREAT. No noticable sound degredation (I am no audiophile), and no issues interfering with my wifi. It was easy to set up, and being able to hide the receiver unit behind the couch makes it virtually invisible. If you are lookign for a wireless option for your rear speakers, i recommend giving this a try, you wont be disappointed.

Very easy to set up! It helps eliminate running wires from your a/v receiver across the floor from front to back. Receiver transmits from receiver to rear speakers. Ideal for those that have an open floor plan and no way to hide speaker wires.

I have my system set up in a large rec room so the sofa is in the middle of the room. I didn't want to run speaker wire around the wall and up to the ceiling to mount my speakers, so I got this to set it up wirelessly. The main problem is that it must be plugged into an outlet in and has no battery option so I either need to run a new outlet or have an extension cord running along the ceiling to one on the wall.
Bottom line, It gets the job done, but the sound quality isn't the best.
