New Rocketfish Rear Speaker System

When we purchased our Sony flat screen TV in 2008, we also purchased the Yamaha surround sound system. Not wanting to drill holes in our walls or have wires along the baseboard, we decided to get the Rocketfish rear speaker system, too. It worked flawlessly since then. A couple of months ago we had difficulty connecting the sender and receiver, so the other two speakers were not working, Rather than bother with repairs, we decided to purchase a new system and are glad we did. This new system is so much better, easier to install and operate and is giving us the stereo sound we enjoy.

Buy new. open box didn't work

I purchased two units. Both were open box. One wouldn't even turn on. The other would not sync
They replaced with a new as a warranty replacement
It does work. The amp is only useful for a small satellite speaker. Didn't work that we'll with a medium sized bookshelf speaker.

Very easy to setup and use. It amplifies the rear speakers for optimal sound. You can control the amplification/volume via control knob on the receiver connected to the speakers.

I have a home theatre setup that includes rear surround speakers. Unfortunately, I had no way to hide the speaker wire necessary to connect these speakers to my receiver. However, I discovered this Wireless Rear Speaker Kit and am very satisfied. Not only did this solve my issue with trying to conceal the speaker wire, but the setup was easy. The sound from my rear speakers is excellent - I cannot tell any difference from the speakers being wired. I found the volume control on the unit itself to be helpful as well. Definitely recommend to anyone in a similar situation.

Added stereo speakers to the rear of my 5 channel stereo set up! Very easy connection to the amplifier and speakers, with clear directions and diagrams.
