Should have trusted the other reviews. Causes random popping when in use and even when not. Popping seems to subside during bass dominant content such as music tracks, but as soon as bass signal falls below a certain level, popping becomes distracting. This pretty much ruins movies. This is unfortunate, since there really are not very many options for wireless subwoofers. I ended up returning this unite and buying a SoundCast SubCast off amazon. Build quality is inferior to the Rocketfish unit, still has some RF interference, but it works better the the Rocketfish one. I'd really love to see a top tier manufacturer create a quality similar product.

I’ve been looking for a way to ditch the yards of wire it took to go with surround sound. Wires are gone, wife is happy and I got wireless surround sound! Good things come to those who wait.

I was pretty skeptical when I purchased this kit because I had read a lot of the reviews about them not working right. We just replaced the carpet in our family room with hardwood in a concrete slab home so i had to find another way to get the rear speakers in my surround system hooked up without looking trashy. I done a lot of research on different devices to do it and ended up deciding to try this setup mainly due to price and Best Buys great return policy. Worst case scenario, if they sounded bad or I got interference like some other reviewers stated, I would go the hard route and run the wires up in the attic and back down because sound quality is definitely important to me. After getting them hooked up (which was very straightforward and simple) I was really surprised with how they sound. I can't tell a difference when watching a 4k blu ray or playing video games. They have really blown me away with how well they sound. As far as Wi-Fi interference, i haven't seen any. The transmitter part of this is within a foot of my Tri-ban router and I have over 40 WI-FI/Smart devices in my home. In conclusion, it works great for me and definitely worth trying in your house before going to too much effort running wires for your surround speakers.

I read all the reviews, good and bad. Still bought the unit. Worked perfectly out of the box. Easy set-up and connectivity. No interference. Using outside under a new entertaining area. Will update after six and 12 months.

Like others looking for a product such as this, I have a unique situation that doesn't allow me to easily run speaker wire to my surrounds, so this was a perfect solution. Setup takes minutes, pairs easily, and works well. If you read the bad reviews, you'll notice others have experienced popping/crackling in their speakers. I experienced this too, but only at times of high volume through the surrounds. This is very annoying when watching movies, breaks immersion immediately.
Luckily, the fix was very easy! I'm not sure if this fix will work for everyone, but here's what worked for me. The popping was reproducible by using the Test Tone on my receiver and turning the volume near full. This subsided as I brought the speaker levels for my Surround right and left down from the default 0 to -6, where I have it set now within the receiver settings for both surrounds. Setting the speaker level at -6 and turning the speaker kit volume up to max matches the volume of level set to 0 and volume of kit set to about half.
This has completely solved any popping or crackling issues and now makes this a perfect product I'd be happy to recommend.
