The kit seems simple enough to connect to my stereo. Initially it appeared to be working but then I realized that there was no sound coming through. Maybe because I have a surround sound system, the unit wasn't successful connecting, either way it didn't work for me. I gave the rating of average because the kit was very simple to connect but just didn't work for me.

Couldn't get it to work

I was excited to try this product with new home theater system (nothing fancy, RCA 5.1 system). I found it easy to connect and there was a strong signal detected by the surround-sound speakers, but despite trying multiple connections to different devices, I could not get any sound to come through. In frustration I returned this and purchased the Rocketfish wireless speaker system. Its RCA type plugs necessitated the purchase of some pricey adpating speaker wires. Now that it's hooked up, I like it fine, however.
What's great about it: simple to connect, compact size
What's not so great: never produced sound
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are pleased with this product. The associate at Best Buy recommeded this product for our new home theater system. We were surprised after spending so much on the system we would have to spend another $100 on this.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Despite numerous attempts at wiring and re-doing everything; replaced all speaker wire with new wire and tested every possible connection all for nothing. Direct wiring the speaker obviously worked fine the minute we try to put this wireless in the service total waste of time. The rep at Best Buy said I must've just got a bad unit because he sells a lot of them but it didn't work for me.
What's great about it: It would look cool if it worked
What's not so great: It doesn't work
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
