Better than I expected

I was skeptical of buying this, but read the reviews and tried it out. I have to say, I wasn't expecting much sound to come from the rear speakers after I had them hooked up, but it really put out quality sound. The set up was faily easy, but I wish they would put some higher quality speaker wire terminals on the units. All in all, it was a great purchase since I cannot run the speaker wire for the rear speakers for my home theatre.
What's great about it: Works really well, good sound, wires to run around the room
What's not so great: Could improve speaker wire terminals
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: No wires running all across the floors
What's not so great: Sometimes i hear a popping noise

Works great, cheaper and easier than a paid installation. Does exactly what is says it would. I have had not a single sound quality problem with it.
(I did have a warning that my speakers were "too far away" when doing my auto-calibration on my HTS after installing, but this was a warning only and has not affected my sound quality at all).
Great product.
What's great about it: Does Exactly what it says it does
What's not so great: seems to have made a warning when I tried to auto-calibrate my system after installing. No effect on sound.

Good Solution for remote speakers

It was easy to setup and the sound quality is good. I was concerned that I might have interference with my WiFi network, but have found that they coexist quite nicely. I am using a D-Link streaming media player (DSM-520) using WiFi to stream music form my PC to the A/V system. I used the RocketFish wireless system to setup a pair of speakers out on my summer porch and it works great. The only concern I have is that the sender's impedance appears to be such that it draws substantial power from my amp. When I turn on the "B" speakers, the main "A" speakers drop substantially in volume.
What's great about it: Price: good value

We recently moved into a new townhouse and I wanted a 5.1 home theater set-up. I didn't want to run wires to the rear speakers so I started looking into wireless speakers (Panasonic and Sony). I wasn't too happy with the reviews on these wireless HTIB's, so I was excited to stumble upon the Rocketfish Wireless Kit. Knowing this product was available, I was able to look at much higher quality speakers.
I ended up buying Orb Audio speakers and am happy to say Rocketfish works exactly as advertised. I have cordless phones and wireless internet in the same room, and never have any interference problems. My source is a PS3/Blu-ray player, and the wireless Orbs sound fantastic with Dolby TrueHD and DTS HD Master Audio pumping through them. I can hear a slight hum when the speakers are off, but only when I place my ear directly on the speaker. Overall I am very happy with this product and the price makes for a good value as well.
What's great about it: Eliminates speaker wiring from front to rears
What's not so great: none

This product is AWESOME, it's great to just have it hooked up to the speakers and be able to have them where ever I want them. Currently I have it set up in my bathroom, so I can listen to the radio or ipod when I'm in the shower. I didn't need to run speaker wire all around the room and into the bathroom and up the walls. The only negative is that the bigger of the two receivers is the one that connects to the speakers (bulkyish), and it has to be plugged into the wall, it doesn't run on batteries. So I've put a shelf up in the corner to hold the speakers and the receiver, but there's this big black power cord that has to be plugged into the only outlet in the bathroom. It needs run on batteries to be truely wireless.
What's great about it: Wireless and Portable
What's not so great: Power Cord takes away from the "wireless"

from Chitown
I have been using this product for 8 months and love it. I used to have to run wires on the ground along a wall to hookup my rear speakers, kind of unsightly. Now I only have to run wires behind my couch to either rear speaker, where the wires are out of sight. Setup could not have been easier, and the sound quality is no different than when I ran wires directly to those speakers.
I use a LOT of WiFi products in my house: Airport extreme 802.11n base station, AppleTV for streaming media, iPhone, two laptops, Playstation 3, Nintendo Wii, and also a 900MHz cordless phone. I can tell you that I have had absolutely no interference in these speakers, no hum, no buzzes, nothing. I highly recommend this product for those who want a home theater setup with rear speakers but don't want to have to run cords on the ground or through walls, or pay exorbitant prices for completely wireless speakers (I looked into this). Relatively cheap and very easy solution for rear speaker hookup.
What's great about it: Easy setup, works as advertised
What's not so great: None

Overall it is a great unit. Easy to install & sounds great. The only problem I had was finding a good wall outlet to use to plug the box into. Would definently recommend to someone not wanting to run wires all over the place.
What's great about it: Easy To Install
What's not so great: Rear requires a plug-in
