Great Versatility

I purchased this product about 2 years ago. I live in an apartment and always rearrange my furniture. This product allowed me to move my rear surround speakers anywhere I wanted without the fuss of running wires from the receiver. The sound quality is pretty good for being it is a wireless signal. I got this as a gift but I would've spent the money to get it. Since the units are wireless you still have speaker wires running to your rear speakers. Also I would rather the bigger box be at the receiver instead of the other way around. This does make it difficult to hide when setting up the surround sound. These are the only faults but then again, you get what you pay for! Once I get a house I am going to use this to easily set up some speakers outside my patio.
What's great about it: Versatility
What's not so great: Size of the rear unit
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not worth the money spent

The product worked for about 2 weeks before it started losing connectivity between the sender and receiver. It had to be constantly reset. Eventually the two units would stop connecting altogether. The company does not stand by their product and only offers a 1 year guarantee. This product is not worth the price.

Does a great job for the price

Connections were well marked and directions for installation and use were quite clear. I take issue with a previous reviewer who was confused by big box/little box-meaning that the person thought intuitively that the big box (transmitter) should be next to the stereo receiver. No sir. The small box is a transmitter only while the big box that is placed on the speaker side is both a receiver and an amplifier. That's an inherent weakness of a system like this. Your surround speakers are driven by the small Rocketfish amplifier rather than the better quality stereo amplifier. Sound quality on the surrounds can't possibly be audiophile level due to degradation by Bluetooth and an inexpensive amplifier. However, it does a great job for the price.

Easy to hook up, sounds great and solved a problem

We had replaced the carpet in our living room with hardwood floors and I wasn't able to run the rear speaker wires to the speakers. With a vaulted ceiling I knew that wasn't an option. Got the Rocketfish Wireless speaker system and solved the problem. Very easy to hook up, great directions and in a matter of a few minutes I had my rear speakers playing again. Sound quality is good, range is good and no interference with any other equipment in the house.
Highly recommended.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Purchase, Easy, Affordable

I bought a Onkyo 5. 1 surround sound system and was going to run the lines for the rear set under the house. I came across this option and decided to give it a try (better than crawling under the house). This turned out to be a great investment. This was the 1st surround sound system I set up and it was easy to include this in the mix. It came with extra wires and relays the sound as well as prior to putting this in the set up. I would recommend making the investment.
My room is about 24' deep x 16 wide and it works great at the 24' distance.
The only down side is the size of the receiver box and the 1" very bright red light. It is very visible sitting on my bookself. I may have been able to hide it behind something, but am not that crazy about doing this with something that must be plugged it.
What's great about it: Easy of Use, Quality of Sound
What's not so great: Large receiver box
I would recommend this to a friend!

I NEVER fill out reviews, but this product was so great I had to do it. I have an open floor plan in the basement which I have a workout room and a home theater. I wanted speakers in my workout room so I could really hear the music when working out. I ran music thru Onkyo amplifier and then to Rocketfish. I already had speakers to use just needed a way to get the music to the workout room. This product did the trick! I was happily surprised that there was no delay in the music being sent wireless to the speakers in the workout room. I can blast the music thru my home theater and to the additional speakers and everything is in unison. The quality of the music is great as well. I usually listen to Sirius or play music from my ps3. Great product! Technology is amazing!
What's great about it: Easy set up, great sound quality, sound is in unison, volume control, looks good!
What's not so great: Nothing...great product
I would recommend this to a friend!
