Best GTA story

Story - The Story in GTA IV is a bit deeper than most of the other GTA games that have appeared on home consoles over the past few years. Rockstar decided to put more of an emphasis on the main character's feelings and overall depth of the story. This results in a more enjoyable experience and more of an attachment to the characters than in previous titles like GTA III, Vice City and San Andreas. The story follows the journey of Niko Bellic, an immigrant from Eastern Europe who has come to Liberty City to make a fresh start and find some answers. Niko quickly becomes forced into a gun for hire role in order to make ends meet and keep his cousin Roman out of trouble with Russian gangsters, requiring you to do the usual kill him/her, go steal this missions that are essential to every GTA experience. As always there are plenty of twists and turns in the story to keep you intrigued and coming back for more and the game certainly isn't lacking interesting characters to keep the story going. All in all the story is one that is unrivaled in the GTA series, and while it won't stand up to the more story driven games on the market as anything special in this department it certainly does well in it's own rights.
What's great about it: The story
What's not so great: Too short

great game over all a must if you own a ps3 has great graphics only wish they had parachutes like san andreas so you skydive the controls take time to get use to worth every penny
What's great about it: huge map great story line
What's not so great: gets a bit boring after you beat the game

Grand theft auto 4 is a great game and is supposed to be the best selling game of all time. There is a great reason for that!

this is a great game just like the rest of the gta series its a must buy there is online play and the story mode tons of fun you will never get sick of this game

This is a great game for adults. There is a vast city to explore, plenty of missions to play, online gameplay, and tons of fun!!
What's great about it: Gameplay, Music, and Graphics
What's not so great: Not good for children

GTA IV blows away all previous editions. There are a lot of things to do in the game. For me, it never really got boring. I guess I just wish that there were more side missions you could do in the game. It just seems like they reduce that each time a new one is released.
Other than that, it is a great game. Some missions get kind of boring...but it is well worth the money.
What's great about it: Everything
What's not so great: Hmm...I guess the lack of side missions
