Well, I had an actual review of this game which would have placed it at about 8.7-9/10... HOWEVER- This morning I woke up to have some coffee and rob some people only to find that the game would not load- No matter how long I left it. I intend to have an interesting conversation with someone soon on getting my $60 back and not in any hookajoo "giftcard" format. Might not break on you today, maybe not tomorrow- but it'll come to you when you're far into the game... I don't want to start over... I want to finish the game. I can't- I can't even start a new one BECAUSE THERE'S NO TITLE SCREEN! Immediate LOAD! Broken LOAD = Broken game.
You've been warned.
What's great about it: It's fun while it lasts
What's not so great: Mine lasted 15 hours
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I could drive and corner at top speed using my GTA 3 with my PS2 but the cars handle so bad in the GTA4 that it makes the game totaly useless and the camera angle while you're driving is way to low on the horizon and close, you can't see where your going. I'm sure they were going for the "realistic effect" saying things in the board meeting room like " its should be more on the natural plan of sight like real driving. Hey genius developers (IT'S A GAME, NOT REAL LIFE). Games are meant for having fun and making you feel like you just can't wait to get back on the game when you are away. Let me tell ya. I play this game TRYING to make myself like it but all I feel is that it is a total waste of time. I am very upset over this game because I loved GTA3 with my PS2. Come on Developers never loose the Fact that they are games NOT REAL LIFE.
What's great about it: Dancing Girls,
What's not so great: Terrible Car Driving abilities Also Slack fighting abilities, almost every where has the same color of graphics
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: realistic, good storyline
What's not so great: no weapons, repeditive, bad cars

this game is like all the others i wish rockstar could give us a game that didnt involve nothing but mindless killing or stealing cars

The Inferior Version

While the 360 version is the definitive version of GTA IV, the PS3 version is the inferior version. The PS3 caused this game's delay from 2007 into 2008, and is still weeks behind in development compared to the 360 version. It has many graphical glitches and framerate issues that are nonexistant in the 360 version, which is already complete. It has been stated in previews that the 360 version has more vibrant graphics and better lighting, while the PS3 version looks bland and washed out.
Also, the 360 version will be getting an exclusive expansion pack that will add 20 hours of new gameplay. The PS3 version will not be getting this. The 360 version is by far the superior version of GTA IV.
What's great about it: Sixaxis controller support
What's not so great: Inferior graphics, framerate, online play, no DLC
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Everybody should agree that Grand Theft Auto IV is going to be a waste of time, no, a waste of life. This game is going to be just like the PS2 version. The Xbox 360 offers the most advantages to buyers because of Xbox live, but it won't be that great. Most of you that are reading this have a PS3 and can play PS2 games, so why dont you just get Grand Theft Auto: Vice City for PS2 (It is going to be the same!). The only difference from the PS2 versions are GRAPHICS. So go ahead and pay $60 for graphics money wasters. If you have a PS2, buy that version. If you disagree with me, fine. I'm not mean, I'm just trying to save you some money.
What's great about it: If you like to waste money, there's one.
What's not so great: The game.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
