Epson Perfection V370 Photo scanner

I'm quite happy with this scanner, it has replaced my old one ONLY because I could no longer find drivers for my 13 year old scanner. Running windows 7 now. It says that it runs on windows 8 also so should I ever decide to leap into windows 8, I won't have to buy another scanner for a very long time now. Don't plan on going into windows 8!
Thank you Epson!

Epson Scanner V370

The Epson flat bed scanners are the best scanners I have ever used. This V370 scanner is a replacement for an earlier version the was no longer compatible with Window 7. The scanner has a lighted backdrop for copying slids and negatives. The only change I would like to make is for the backdrop to be fully lighted rather than just the center 2" strip.

I like the scanner. I called twice for help and was happy with the help both times. I found that the USB cord that connected the computer to the scanner was faulty. I had to play with the USB connection before the scanner was recognized and a new cord fixed the problem. I like the scanner because it is fast and recognizes more than one picture when scanning.

I found this scanner to be very good. I've scanned about 1,000 slides so far and it's done a nice job. You set up the slides, click scan and the scanner does the rest. It take me about 2 hours to scan 80 slides.

Epson Scanners

I have used Epson scanners for a long time and believe they are the best. For photo, slide and negative scanning I believe there is no better scanner in the world. I have tried others and always return to Epson for the best, price, quality, features and software.

V370 Photo Scanner

I had to choose between this one and the other one that is a bit smaller in price. I opted for the upgraded one, and couldn't be more pleased. Not exactly sure what the difference is between the 2, but this one is just what I needed. The best part is when I have to scan documents, it puts it into a PDF. file. Once that is done, all you have to do is attach it to any email you wish to send, and viola, there it is, all together. I also used it so I could scan some old photos from 30 years ago, so there would be another form to keep them in case I lost them or they were somehow destroyed. So far, it has worked terrific!

Good Scanner

This scanner is simple and straight forward. Easily installed on computer running Windows 7 64 bit. Good quality images. Transparency adaptor works simply. Easy to store the document cover while using the transparency adaptor and vice versa. We are not using it to scan documents so I can't comment on their quality.
