New Epson V370 Photo scanner...great

The scanner arrived in two days! Loaded software and tried it with old slides. Fast scans on low resolution settings, very slow scan on the highest settings (12K dpi resolution)...but worth the great results. Color fidelity and image sharpness were excellent. Scans on lower settings went proportionately faster, also with very good results. Can't wait to get to all my old family history negatives...antique photos I copies years ago...originals no longer available. This is an excellent, easy to use scanner, right out of the box.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the size of it... it's versatility, it's durability.
Yes I know Epson has Scanners and Printers all in one...nevertheless I was a photographer for over 60, years, and I still prefer prefer a stand alone scanner.

Great Choice

After only a couple weeks using the V370 I am happily satisfied with the results of Slide Scanning.
My digitized results are clear and clean. I love being able to scan all at once and have them appear in the chosen folder.
I have already suggest this scanner to my niece who is a Scrapbook artist with a huge scanning project on the docks.
So thankful I am for another Epson Quality Product.

Hey Epson you rock!!! Purchased the V370 and can only say what a great product!!! I was having compatibility problems with my "all-in-one" and decided to go with your product. I installed the software and got started with no problems, one of the easiest pieces of equipment that I have ever used. . .results are wonderful!!! I can now keep up to date on my family scrap book thanks to you!!!

Great scanner!!

This scanner was somewhat difficult to get used to since I am use to older technology. If I copy directly to printer, the scanner disconnects the printer from the computer until I reconfigure it. This is a nuisance and I had to call tech support for the printer!

Happy with scanner

I am giving this product 4 stars because I haven't tried all of the options yet. The software worked well for my personal usage. I used this scanner to scan and clean up over 200 old family photos. I was able to scan and send the photos to my laptop, label them and then save them on a flash drive. I am interested in finding out how the scan-n-stitch will work...
I would recommend this to a friend!
