simple quality scanner

Used it to scan slides and some larger photos for storage. Worked great on the slides. Tried a couple of strips of negatives with same good results. Did a great job on larger prints as well. Like the flat bed for fragile older items. Simple to set up. Did have to go to the support site for new drivers, but after that everything working. Having a little problem understanding how to get a pdf. Have always liked Epson products.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not work with Windows 7

This may be an excellent scanner, but it does not work with the Windows 7, even though the install disk indicates that it should. I tried for 4 hours following instructions/downloads from support website and other suggested fixes found online and only became very frustrated. I returned the scanner the next day. It looks like the product might work fine for XP users, but who has XP anymore!

Stupidly Designed

This scanner has the dumbest design ever. The ports to connect to power and the computer are on the right side near the front instead of on the back so you have to wind the cords down the side and around the back which get in the way not to mention look terrible. The cord supplied won't even reach the computer this way. If I turn the scanner around so that's in the back then all the buttons are facing the wrong way. Stupid design. Sending it back.

Does not scan to cloud

The product description mentioned this is scan to cloud but there is no wifi feature and it can not "scan to cloud"

Epson V370 Photo Scanner

I had no problem setting up the scanner. Using it has been easy. I really like the PDF feature. My husband and I work with our photos alot and really enjoy this scanner so far. Price was good.
I purchaes this to repalce a all in one I had and wasn't happy woth. I had the all in one for the ADF feature. But I like the Epson scanner much better.

Disappointed in scanner

So far very disappointed in scanner. Will not scan slides which is the reason I bought it. Scans documents and flat photos fine but refuses to scan slides. I feel like I've wasted my money by purchasing this item.

unreliable product

after only a few scans with this scanner it gave up and started to give me unrepairable codes. it is a piece of trash in my opinion.....come on, just a few scans and it started to malfunction!..... give me a brake...this is shoddy manufacturing and a really cheaply made product.
