Easy to use - Great features!

I bought this about a month ago to transfer negatives to my computer. It was super easy to use and to scan the negatives. The quality of the scans were amazing.

Great for “Old Style” Photos

We bought this scanner to create a photo display for a funeral. A lot of old pictures to capture. They scanned so well that some prints actually look better than the originals. We’re glad we got it. We have so many more photos that we can now share.

Easy to operate

I had an older flatbed scanner from Epson that worked great. With a ton of photos and slides that I needed to scan for family distribution, I purchased the V370 scanner dedicated to tackle the task.
Setup was easy. Using the full auto mode works great, and even that can be customized if you wish.

Works very well

I got this a few weeks back. I have scanned over thousand pictures and documents with it. Other than a few strange squeaks when first started it has worked good. My only suggestion would be you might want to update your software. It seems to be the same thing I have been using for years. People like to see new software or updated versions at the least.

Controller Software Freezes

I would give a better review, but I can't get the controller software for Windows 10 x64 to run long enough to save a scan.

Needs an update for Mac

I bought this for my Mac and it said that it was compatible but I’m disappointed because I get a message that Epson needs to update their software. I would assume that it lets them know this. I know that it if it worked it would make beautiful prints.

My first Epson scanner

Having had 2 previous scanners of another brand, both of which failed after relatively little usage, I decided to go with Epson. Brief learning curve as operation is just a little different from what I was accustomed to. Quality of scans is great. Speed of scans seems comparable to other scanners. Will it last as long as previous flatbed scanners I have owned, only time will tell. Overall am very pleased with this product.
