Ice maker is worthless

We bought this 1 year ago and had this problem. I called and they sent a man out with a new ice maker. It is exactly like the old one and lets the water come into the maker just enough that many time two, and sometimes three cubes are frozen together. Then trouble. The stop up at door and that means cleaning them out and every time, some go out on the floor and this happens about every three or four days. This Ice maker needs a new design or some kind of adjustment that cuts about 1/8inch of water less in each cube. Then they would NOT stick together.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like the finger print proof stainless doors. Temperature settings very accurate. Nice interior lighting-both freezer and refrigerator section. The ice maker produces a lot of ice, BUT, the ice cubes readily jamb up at the dispensing chute and then suddenly all fall out at once--making a mess all over the floor. The worst designed ice dispensing system we have ever seen !!!!
