We had a problem with the fridge that led to a replacement.The replacement makes a loud noise that the repairman said is normal.The 1st one did not make this loud noise,would not buy same one again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I couldn't ask for much else in a fridge. My last one was also a Frigidaire and I feel they've come a long way in the past 8 years in updating their design. There is also increased freezer space in the one! I love the air filter, as well as the water purifier. And the fact that the fridge states when they need changing simplifies my life. I have 2 friends that come over frequently and make a commment about how much they love my fridge every time they come over. My only concern is that using the ice dispenser is a little tricky at first. I'd definitely recommend!

Just one problem...

There are not leveler feet in front and there is no way to keep the unit from rolling forward or back. As a result we had to place plastic shims in front of and in back of the wheels. A bit of a pain.
