but, the ice gets caught at the top of the tube and just keeps dropping ice there even when the tube is clogged with ice. it seems that the ice being made is not breaking apart and clogging up the shoot. it happens all of the time and I have to unclog it. I am really not happy with that, and neither is my husband.

Hi, we purchased this GALLERY model and since day first was only noisy and problems,
uneven doors, fan noise, controls in the door for water and crush ice stock, really disappointed.
