Problem with this unit.

I think that we have a lemon. Bought August 2014. Freezer stopped working in May. Had to wait for part to be ordered and was without for about 2 weeks and then fixed. Now it is June and the system shut down again and we are waiting for repair tomorrow. Hope they have the parts in stock and

Nice unit however quality control may be an issue

Unit ice dispenser had to be replaced after only 3 weeks of purchase date due to ice dumping on floor and/or inside of freezer. Frigidaire promptly contracted with local appliance service to replace ice dispensing unit. I consider this failure discouraging for a new purchase and reflects possible quality control issue based on other reviews of same nature. Unit does work now (2 weeks after fix) and I am satisfied with overall performance. Unit well laid out and has plenty of room. Temps are perfectly maintained and electronic controls very nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nice new fridge.

The fridge is a bit noisey. The icemaker is loud and filling process is loud. The unit also makes various other operating noises that are somewhat distracting from its overall performance. It has good features, but needs ti be somewhat quieter.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Would you say your ice cubes seem hallow? Ice makers only work if the freezer is below a certain degree mark and if the water filter is not blocking water flow. Have you noticed any issues with your freezer temperatures being too high and thawing items at the same time? If not, then you will most likely have a concern within the ice maker itself. Additionally, if you have not changed the water filter in about six months, or more, you would need to do this as a final step before contacting a professional technician. Ice maker is flawed in design, our second replacement refrigerator and ice makes still throws ice periodically all over the floor uncontrollably.

We recently updated our kitchen, painted our cabinets white and updates our appliances. Looks like a new kitchen. This fridge looks great. Great addition.

Drawers sticking upon opening

had it for six month , drawers stick and hard to open
