Great Refrigerator, Great price

I love this fridge! It is so quiet and ergonomic. I like the look of the appliance and the roominess on the inside. The LED lighting makes it quite bright and elegant looking. I am quite happy with my purchase.

Frigidaire side by side disappointment

We purchased this refrigerator about three months ago. My wife is very disappointed for several reasons. We mainly wanted one that was smudge proof because of grandchildren and little fingers. It works great as far as not smudging, however, it it very easily scratched. My wife scratched it just by moving a plastic picture frame on it. Also, the handles are not smudge proof and look a mess all of the time. The ice gets caught as it is being dispensed, piles up inside the door and goes everywhere when we open the freezer side door. Also, the refrigerator makes a lot of noise running. Sorry Frigidaire, but you need to make some improvements on this model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing a lot of sound from your new refrigerator. With your new high-efficiency refrigerator it may make unfamiliar sounds. These are all normal sounds and soon will become familiar to you. The sounds indicate your appliance is operating as designed. Hard surfaces, such as vinyl or wood floors, walls, and kitchen cabinets may make sounds more noticeable. If the sound gets louder, please give us a call directly. Also, please keep in mind if you do not use the ice dispenser frequently your ice cubes will freeze together in the bin, thus jamming the dispenser mechanism. If this happens please remove the ice storage bin and shake to loosen the cubes or clean the ice bin. I do hope this information is helpful. Ice/water dispenser

The ice/water dispenser constantly leaks water requiring soaking up the water with a sponge. The unit is loud, makes substantial noise when running!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Like Alot, falls short of Love...

We've had this fridge installed for about 1 month now. Overall, it's good. Not crazy about how the ice falls. We rubbed some oil on the drawers so they would move smoother & that seems to have helped. It is a bit noisy. But...it's doing a good job for us, we're loving the non-fingerprint surface and it sure looks killer in my new kitchen!

There was a problem with the first refrigerator they delivered, but when I told them about it, they brought me another brand new one! It works great and I am a very satisfied customer!
